Desregulação hormonal, maturidade e dissolução conjugal na meia-idade: Um modelo integrativo de vulnerabilidade relacional

Este estudo constitui uma revisão narrativa integrativa da literatura, com busca nas bases PubMed, SciELO e Scopus no período de 2015 a 2025, articulando achados de neurociência, endocrinologia e psicologia do vínculo para propor a Janela de Vulnerabilidade Relacional – modelo heurístico que explica a concentração de dissoluções conjugais entre os 40 e 50 anos por meio de cinco eixos: base neurobiológica da desfasagem de maturidade emocional; impacto da perimenopausa sobre a regulação serotonérgica; transição hormonal masculina e o paradigma do couplepause; neurobiologia do vínculo de longo prazo; e declínio secular de testosterona como fator precipitante. Discutem-se implicações para a prática interdisciplinar, incluindo encaminhamento para avaliação hormonal funcional como componente terapêutico. O uso de inteligência artificial (Claude da Anthropic) foi empregado estritamente para suporte na busca bibliográfica e revisão textual estrutural, sob validação integral do autor.
