Abstract

Contemporary times have brought changes in family configurations and in the way families are experiencing the family cycle. Thus, the life cycle of the family has undergone changes, among which the extension of the time the children stay in the parental home stands out. This article presents a qualitative research report, which aimed to know the parents' perceptions regarding the processes involved in the young adult's stay at home.
