Rules for Recycling Family Trash

Abstract

This article aims to bring into discussion the question about the covert (secrets) and poorly resolved relations within the family, which generate toxic energy and relational trash, infecting the system and thus, making its recycling necessary. Within the family cell, site of the initial formation of man, the recycling of toxic energy that results from the family trash is essential. This same principle of recycling should be amplified in human consciousness, leading man to be responsible for his integration and participation in humanity. Exploring the importance of developing a family eco-consciousness has been the basis for establishment of a planetary and cosmic eco-consciousness. This amplification in each individual of being a responsible co participant in the construction of life will awaken and strengthen the ecological care about the planet and the cosmos. Following this path the family therapist will help the family system to reframe as creative energy the events that, while remaining hidden, will be the cause of suffering as well as symptoms.
